Born in Lagonegro (PZ) on 26 May 1977. He arrived in Pisa where he attended the Faculty of Law, graduating with honors on 28 October 2002 with a thesis in Administrative Law on the Integrated System of social interventions and services in light of Law no. 328/2000.

In 2004 he obtained, with top marks, a specialization diploma in legal professions at the School of Specialization established at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pisa. In July 2006, he obtained the title of Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Florence.

After carrying out legal consultancy activities at the Legal Office of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa from April 2004 to December 2007, he moved to Merate, in the Brianza area of ​​Lecco, where, since 2008, he has practiced the profession of Lawyer.

A lawyer qualified to practice before the higher jurisdictions, he has developed, thanks also to the collaboration with important professional firms, skills in various sectors of substantive and procedural law with particular reference to criminal tax law, civil law and, in particular, administrative law.

He is a local administrator and was councilor for economic and financial planning of the municipality of Merate and also councilor for sport, as well as director of publicly held companies.

He has been collaborating with SLC – Milan Law Firm since September 2024.
