Born in Lecco on 17 February 1971, he has been a member of the Lecco Bar Association since 1998, and has also been authorized to practice before the higher Magistratures since 2011. He graduated in 1995 at the University of Milan with a thesis in labour law with criminal law profiles entitled ” Aspetti giurisprudenziali e pratici del lavoro nelle carceri”, speaker Prof. Spagnulo Vigorita.

He has gained great experience in the criminal field by providing assistance to clients both as suspects/ defendants and as offended persons before the main Italian Judicial Offices, also participating in numerous cases before the Supreme Court of Cassation. It has mainly developed specific competences in the field of drug offences, crimes against individuals, bankruptcy and tax offences, as well as associative offences, also in relation to mafia-style criminal organisations.

As part of his profession he has been a protagonist in some of the most important criminal trials in Italy during the last twenty years, for example the procedure concerning the tragic event that took place at the Mottarone cable car, earning the esteem of the most illustrious colleagues and the main judicial authorities.

He has held the office of Vice President of the Criminal Chamber of Como-Lecco for 4 terms, from 2007 until 2019, as well as held the position of Trainer for the Criminal Chamber of Como-Lecco of the courses for the defenses of office and speaker in numerous conferences on the subject of substantive and procedural criminal law. Finally, he still holds the position of Chairman of the first Subcommittee on the Examination for the Practice of Law at the Court of Appeal of Milan.
