Carlotta Filippi was born in Bergamo on January 1988 and, upon completing her degree at the University of
Bergamo, in October 2012 she graduated in Law with a thesis on Administrative Law.
In October 2015, at the end of the two-years internship carried out in the sector of Civil Law and Criminal
Law and the outcome of the state exam at the Court of Appeal of Brescia, she obtained the qualification to
practice the legal profession.
In 2021 she obtained a specialization diploma in Military Law and in 2022 a specialization diploma in
Military Criminal Law.
Between 2021 and 2022 she obtained two master’s degrees, one first level and one second level, in Military
Criminal Law and Military Criminal Procedural Law.
In 2023 she obtained a specialization diploma in Administrative Law and Administrative Justice.
Since April 2023 she has been a Technical Role Complementary Officer included in the Selected Reserve
basin of the Carabinieri.
From June 2023 to July 2024 she served in Rome at the Legal Offices of the General Staff of the General
Command.
Since August 2024 she has been an officer on leave from the Carabinieri and has returned to fully practicing
the legal profession in the criminal, administrative and military fields and is an external collaborator of SLC –
Milan Law Firm.
