Born on August 1, 1976 in Benevento, he graduated from the Nunziatella Military School in Naples, then attending the University of Molise where he got a degree in Commercial Law, writing a dissertation entitled “Limitazioni statutarie ai poteri di rappresentanza degli amministratori di società di capitali”.
He joined the Benevento Bar Association on April 21, 2006.
Before starting his collaboration with Crea Law Firm, he collaborated with Studi Legali del Beneventano, where he gained expertise in civil, commercial and banking law. He has developed specific skills in the banking sector, with particular reference to the reconstruction of bank accounts and the recognition of usury interest rates in loans and leases. His legal advice also extends to the civil law area, ranging from contracts and subcontracts between private individuals to debt collection, accidents and contract-related issues.
